He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Harbour and Hedwig Bischof Harbour; and his brother Tommy Harbour. He is survived by: his wife Judy Green; his children, Caroline Michelle Harbour (Mark) and John Michael Harbour Jr. (Susan); and his sisters, Kathy Cook and Judi Harbour (Lindi).
