He is survived by: his wife Debbie Spencer (Lane); his sons, Randy, Robert and James Spencer; his stepchildren, Chris Golden and Sara Snead; his siblings, Maggie Bowman and Loyd Spencer; his nieces and nephews, Tommy, Jim, Wanda, Sandra and Rose; and his friends, Melo and Farrah. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
