He was predeceased by: his parents, Ebbie Green and Beatrice Green; his children, Johnnie Lee Green Jr., Shimberly Green and Dewayne Bell; his grandson Johnnie Lee Green III; and his siblings, Ebbie Lee Green, Robert Lee Green, Kenneth Green, Ruby Scales, Linda Faye Riley and Lucille Peterson.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Green; his children, Christopher Bell, Lora Green, Vianca Sanders and Jeneva Young; and his siblings, Dollene McFadden, Fleshia Bryles (James), Virginia Marshall (Larry) and Lora Green. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
