He is survived by: his son Marcus Meadows; his grandsons, Meryck Maxton and Maziah Meadows; and his siblings, Gary Smith (Rolene), Donald Smith (Shirley), Pauline Smith, Bobbie Smith and Marie Wright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and special friends.
