He was predeceased by: his parents, Lerline Marshall Phillips and Jimmy Shephard Senior. He is survived by: his siblings, Mikel Leon Phillips of Dallas, TX, Felisha Tanshay Phillips of Jacksonville Arkansas and Jeremiah Shephard Phillips of Dallas, TX.; and his niece Makayla Marshall Phillips of Little Rock.
