She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilson William "Ferg" Ferguson (Bill) and Grace Dyck Ferguson of Hutchinson, Kansas.; her sister Melinda Sims; and her brother-in-law Dr. H. C. Williams (Cleon). She is survived by : her son Jason Barnett (Rhonda); her grandchildren, Gracie Barnett, James Barnett and Andrew Barnett (Brooke); her great grandchild Adilynn Barnett (Gil Caver); her granddaughter Taylor; her sister Grace Williams; her nephews, Charles and Mark Williams; and also Holly.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Souls Catholic Church (1003 N Tyler St, Little Rock, AR 72205).

Later in life, Judy volunteered at the hospital and was an active part of the Wolfe Street Foundation.
