She is survived by: her mother Helen Claire Martin Brooks; her husband Christopher Allen Lawson; her son Steven Brooks Thomason; her brother Martin Teryl Brooks; her niece Eugenia Christine Brooks; her nephew Martin Teryl Brooks, Jr.; and her uncle Rufus A. Martin. She is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, September 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Second Presbyterian Church - Little Rock (600 Pleasant Valley Dr, Little Rock, AR 72227).
