We are sad to announce that, on February 22, 2021, at the age of 67, Kathleen Brooks (Little Rock, Arkansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Kiehl and Kathryn Grayson Scott; and her sister Diana Osburn. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Brooks and John Brooks; her siblings, JoAnn Carter, Sharon Kiehl, Robert Kiehl and Mel Scott; her grandchildren, Eric Taylor, Levi Raymond Taylor, Kourtney Brooks, Kennedy Brooks, Kyle Schooley and Jonathan Schooley; and her nieces and nephews, Tracy Rallens, Teresa Grayson, Katy O'Keefe, Jennifer Carter, Richard Osburn, Chris Justice, Steven Carter, Micah Godfrey, Alex O'Keefe and Mike Hunter.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.

I will miss her and will hold close my fond memories of our times together. I got to spend time with her up in Eureka Springs during one of the blues festivals up there. During our conversations, I appreciated how transparent and honest Kathy was. She spoke plainly and I felt someone would always know where they stood with Kathy. I really liked her so much. She will be sorely missed.”
