She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Allen Sr. and Bernice Allen-Ewing; her brother Michael Shaun Allen; her nieces, Maria Allen and Monttasia Robie; and her stepfather Ledell C. Ewing.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell Norwood Jr. and Karlos Bell; her siblings, Tommy Allen Jr., Belden Allen (Valarie), Anthony Allen of District, Sherlon AllenWright, Kathy Allen, Renata Allen-Robie (Gregory) and Linda Allen-Standmore; her aunts, Emma Robinson, Hazel High, Verline Lilly and Vernetta Sheppard-Penson; her uncle Earl Williams; and her close friend Kiarra Hart. She is also survived by several nieces nephews, cousins.
