He was predeceased by: his parents, Uldrick Case and Callie Faye Andrews; and his wife June Case. He is survived by: his daughters, Kristi Wall (Kamby), Katina Galloway, Stacey Murray and Tracey Cagle (Chad); and his grandchildren, Kylie Wall, Kenzie Wall, Jonathan Chaloner, Logan Chaloner, Alyssa Barnhart, Xavier Adams, Christian Barnhart, Nicolet Barnhart, Everett Cagle and Claire Cagle. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and a host of extended family.
