He was predeceased by: his parents, W. B. Loyd and Daphne Loyd Ransom; his stepfather Ike Ransom; and his siblings, Lucien Loyd and Elizabeth Ransom.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Skulman Loyd; his children, Abby Youngbauer (Andrew), Amy Loyd, Gregory Loyd and Mary Loyd; the parent of his children Dana Goff Loyd; his grandchildren, Annabel Loyd, Lily Loyd, Mason Kissinger and Stella Youngbauer; his sister Cathy Clearman; and his nieces and nephews, Lucien Loyd Jr., Jason Clearman, Joey Clearman, Trish Tolin (John) and Wendy Mahan. He is also survived by seven great-nephews and great-nieces.
