She is survived by: her children, Jerry Horner (Angela) of Gilroy, CA and Michelle Kordell (Steven) of Little Rock, AR; her grandchildren, Jerry Michael Horner (Truyet), Jonathan Kordell (Jennifer) and Mari Rae Blazic (Nicholas); and her great grandchildren, Baker Aldon and Brooks James Blazic.
