He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Collins; his grandparents, Iona Turner, Devora Dansby and T. J. Collins; his godmother Mary Simpson; and his aunt Helen Collins.
He is survived by: his mother Cheryl Collins; his wife Leslie Collins; his son Mario Collins, Jr.; his brother Andre'a Collins; his aunt Caldon Collins (Carol); his uncles, Ervin Stanley, Willie J. Stanley, Larry Collins and Michael Daniels; and his godmother Lula Harden. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
