He is survived by: his children, Alicia Chudy Brown (Jim), Mark Chudy (Teresa), Maria Chudy Swicegood, Scott Chudy and Kelley Chudy (Traci); and his grandchildren, Leah, Carman, Brandon Brown, Morgan Chudy, Piper-Bliss Chudy, Nick and Macie Chudy.
