He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Henry and Clarice Laurene Markham Howe; and his stepmother Mary Danehower Howe. He is survived by: his wife Gayle; his children, Lisa Howe-Holbert (Mark), Mark Howe of Little Rock and Michael Howe (Audrey) of Little Rock; his siblings, Pat Howe of Searcy and Mary Nell Sparks of Shell Knob; and his grandchildren, Maddox Holbert and Riley Holbert.
