She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon Quattlebaum and Myrtle Quattlebaum; her husband Robert Blaylock; her daughter Julie Blaylock; and her siblings, Verlon Quattlebaum and Charlene Blakey.

She is survived by: her children, Kenny Kirby (Annette), Mark Blaylock (Terri), Connie Schroepfer (Terry), Becky Smith, Vicki Lipsey and Terry Smith (Mike).
