He is survived by: his grandchildren, Joyce Rowe and Michael Rowe III; his children, Michele Clara Rowe of Oak Ridge, TN, Michael Rowe Jr. of Oak Ridge, TN, George Rowe of Oak Ridge, TN and Phillip Strickland of Columbia, GA.; Brinda Hall, Bill, Bernice Butler and Marianne Hall. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren, as well as a host of loving nieces and nephews.
