He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Paul and Lonath Wachowiak (Giovingo). He is survived by: his wife Terri Lynn Williams (O'Cain) of Little Rock; and his children, Leah Jeanette Smith of Newburgh, Indiana and Michael Peter Wachowiak of Little Rock.
