He was predeceased by: his parents, Milan Philip Bartos Sr. and Ruth "Ruthie" Beatrice Todaro Bartos; and his brother Russell "Rusty" Bartos. He is survived by: his wife Janet Bartos; his child Milan Philip Bartos III (Tonya); his grandchildren, Britney and Kaitlyn; his child Stacy Ann Baugh; his grandsons, Cooper and Hudson; his son Christopher Curt Bartos; his grandchildren, Brianna, Cassidy and Dylan; his daughter Anne-Marie Braga (Michael); his grandchildren, Luciana and Dominic; his children, Benjie Ruth Bartos and Jacquelyn Yarbrough (Kevin); his granddaughter Anna; Darla Sue Prudom Bartos.
