Molly Hignight Vandiver Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Molly Hignight Vandiver of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on May 5, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Molly Hignight may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Molly Hignight touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Lee and Marion Hignight; her stepfather Frank Thaxton; and her stepsiblings, John Paul Thaxton and Betty Shull.
She is survived by: her husband James D. Vandiver; and her stepsister Patricia Brooks of Selma, Tennessee. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
