Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Ocie leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Jack Romine; her husband William "Bill" Wilhite; and her parents, Claude Dove and Martha Dove. She is survived by: her children, Marie Barker of Little Rock, Jack Romine (Maggie) of Cabot, Randy Romine of Hot Springs, Sandra Brasfield of Fort Smith and Mary Dyson (Kim) of Cabot; and her brothers, Ralph Dove and Billy Dove (Ann). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
