It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis McIver of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on August 28, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Phyllis departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Phyllis leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Davis and Lorene Davis; her former husband Kenny Squires; her son Michael Squires; and her brothers, Terry Davis and Jackie Davis.
She is survived by: her son Ryan McIver (Becky); her grandson Bailey McIver (Olivia); her great grandchildren, Cohen and Camilla; and her siblings, Brenda Moore (Terry) and Shelby Davis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, and close friends.
