He is survived by: his significant other Casey Davis Moore; his children, Dr. Cole Douglas Moore (Brooke), Emma Susan Moore (Logan), Davis Pittman Moore, Dylan Pearl Moore and Jack Preston Moore; his mother Billie Jo Moore; and his siblings, Mindy Boggs (Larry), Annette Moore, Cathy Howe (Jay), Jamie Leppert (Patrick), Angie Stepp (Scott) and John Owen Moore, Jr.. He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
