He was predeceased by: his parents, W. F. Lewis and Jessie M. Lewis (Laymon) of Little Rock. He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Massery Lewis; his sons, Mike (Ellen) of Little Rock, Thomas of Savannah, Georgia and Donald (Deb) of Conway, AR; and his grandchildren, Ryan Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Mathew Lewis, Cooper Lewis and Katie Lovesee. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
