With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Stephen Oswald in Little Rock, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 25, 2024 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar J. Oswald and Hilda M. Oswald; and his brothers, Kenneth J. Oswald and George E. Oswald. He is survived by: his siblings, Rev. John O. Oswald, Johanna C. Oswald, Fred M. Oswald (Sarah Spencer) of Little Rock and Mark A. Oswald (Ruth Williams) of Santa Fe; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Langham Oswald of Little Rock and Kim Johnson Oswald of Austin, Texas. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews; and four great nieces and nephews.
