He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Allen and Jessie France Hall. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wilkerson; and his children, Shannon Bisbee (Joe), Mark Hall (Cindy), Christopher Hall (Kim), Ryan Hall, Francisco Alvarez, Tonya Shelnutt, Tana Hensley and Holly Elliott-Johnson (Culson). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, & great-great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
