Ron McKenzie Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ron McKenzie (Little Rock, Arkansas), who passed away on February 15, 2026 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Frances Schultz McKenzie and Lacey Eugene McKenzie; and his siblings, Doris Alexander and Jerry McKenzie. He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his children, Mark McKenzie (Colleen) of Heber Springs, Jeff McKenzie (Marcy) of Heber Springs, Dr. Allan McKenzie (Susie Shinn) of Little Rock and Chelle McCarroll (Greg) of Little Rock; his grandchildren, Brandon Blackwood (Natalie) of Chicago, Illinois, Jake Blackwood (Hayley) of Heber Springs, Mary Katherine McKenzie, Cadence McKenzie, Chandler McKenzie (Will Shelton), Jett McKenzie, Marin McKenzie, Beckham McKenzie, Dane McCarroll and Lee McCarroll; his great grandchildren, Palmer, Harper and Eva; his brother Mike McKenzie; and his friends, Linda Cassinelli, Tommy Hanson, John Carter, Julie and Billy McCarroll.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Catholic High School for Boys, Mount St. Mary Academy, the ALS Foundation at UAMS, or a charity of your choosing.
