He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bara and Irene Bara (late Harriett Bara); and his son Geoffrey Bara. He is survived by: his wife Karin; his children, Nikki Joyce (George) of New Jersey and Jonathan Bara (Amy) of California; his grandchildren, Chassity, Casey Joyce of New Jersey, Lilly and Gavin Bara of Colorado; his great grandchildren, Kaylee and Mia of New Jersey; and his stepsons, Daniel Morrison (Dana) of Minnesota and Dustin Morrison of Texas.
In 2020, during the pandemic, Ron volunteered and trained to be a Crisis Specialist with the Arkansas Crisis Center Help Line.
