She was predeceased by: her parents, B. B. Chambers and Mary Chambers; and her son Bryan Shay Hemphill. She is survived by: her husband Tom Marshall Hemphill; her children, Leslie Jean Nava, Katherine Conroy Silva and Mason Marshall Hemphill; her grandchildren, Damien Nava, Ali Nava, Madeline Silva, Adrianne Silva and Asher Hemphill; and her siblings, Robert Chambers (Luann) and Bonnie Owens (Doug).
