She was predeceased by: her sons, Kenneth Parker, III and Merlin Parker, Sr.; and her grandchild Merlin Parker, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dewitt Smith; and her children, Rose Webb (Robert), Sherri Graggs, Anthony Parker and Janice Parker. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great children, 2 great great grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
