She is survived by: her mother Helen Crutchfield; her grandson Travon KeShawn Johnson; and her siblings, Zelda Ray, Linda Plummer, Glinda Crutchfield, Sheronda Cannedy (Alfred), Kasi Hamilton (Willie), Lakessa Crutchfield, Jake of Oklahoma, Anthony and Terrell.
