MacKey (Little Rock, Arkansas), born in Marvell, Arkansas, who passed away on July 23, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his siblings, George S. Mackey, Rose Mackey of Ghost, Patricia A. Mackey, Attorney and Joyce Mackey Prowell (Stanley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Out of an abundance of precaution, due to the pandemic, the family is having a closed funeral service.
