He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Starks and Annie Starks; his daughter Sarai Harry; his son-in-law Mike Harry; and his daughter Celeste Holeman.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his sons, Mike (Pam) and Kirk Holeman; his sister Flo Ann Brown; and his grandchildren, Ross Harry (Alesha), Callie House, Phil Harry and Conor Funderburg. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
