Tony Daniel Ellis Obituary

We announce the death of Tony Daniel Ellis of Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 87. Tony will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Burley Ellis and Gilbert Allen Ellis; and his son Mark Allen Ellis. He is survived by: his wife Arris Darlette Doster Ellis; his sons, Anthony Ellis (Bridget) of Little Rock and Wesley Ellis (Lindsey) of Springdale; his grandchildren, Josephina, Noah, Liliana of Little Rock and Lucas of Springdale; and his siblings-in-law, Charlette Daniel of Clarksville, Sandra Garner of Waldron and Charles Doster of Atchison, Kansas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Pulaski Heights United Methodist TV Endowment, a ministry Tony was able to benefit from in his later years, or Arkansas Children's Hematology Oncology program at archildrens.org/donate .
