It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vance Blackwell of Little Rock, Arkansas, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 13, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Blackwell and Dora Mae Blackwell; and his brother Forrest Blackwell (Rosemary). He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Bruce Blackwell (Carol) of Carmel, IN and Joyce Elaine Berry (Charles) of Aubrey, TX.; and his wife Deitra "Dee Dee" Blackwell (Crane).
