He is survived by: his mother Aletha Wilkins Hill; his wife Katina Lewis-Hill; his children, Katrina Leann Hill and Vincent Lenard Hill Jr. (VJ); and his siblings, Louis Hill (Diane) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Damon Hill (Patsy) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Isaac Hill (Beverlyn) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Eric Hill (Latrece) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Bobby Joe Hill (Judy) of Russellville, Arkansas., Beverly Blake (Jackie), Betty Moore of Atlanta, Georgia and Gayle Borozinski (Frank) of Dardanelle, Arkansas.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Faithful Funeral Home (7727 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, AR 72204).
