It is with sadness that the passing of Wayne Douglas Elkins (Little Rock, Arkansas) is shared. Wayne, born on February 9, 1946 in Texarkana, Arkansas, passed away on August 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Wayne will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Elkins and Loutie Elkins; and his sister Helen Hughes. He is survived by: his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law David Webber of Murphysboro, IL.; his grandchildren, Emma Bryant (Colin) of Nashville, TN, Owen Webber of Plainfield, IL and Reilly Thomas (Will); and his wife Janice.
