In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his son William Hall III; his parents, William Hall and Classie Rowe Penn (David Penn); and his brother Alvin Penn. He is survived by: his daughter Latasha Burns; his siblings, David Penn, Jr., Velois Brown, Luther Hall, Ray Penn, Sondra Maxwell (Willie), Allen Lynn Penn and Carolyn Olaniyi (Issac); and his nephew Lamar Banks (Ayana). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
