William D. Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William D. Phelps (Little Rock, Arkansas), who passed away on December 8, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William D. Phelps to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phelps and Fay Phelps. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his children, Don Phelps (Cindy) and Jo Helen Kelly (Frank); his stepdaughter Lisa Williams (Brian); his sister Frances Roberts; and his grandchildren, Jay Kelly, Kelsey Suskie (Trey) and Garrett Phelps. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pinecrest Cemetery. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (1000 N Mississippi St, Little Rock, AR 72207).
Memorials can be made to the Chotard Music Fund at St. Marks Episcopal Church.
