He is survived by: his wife Jo Horsey Phillips; his son William T. "Tommy" Phillips III (Kerri); his grandchildren, Chase Phillips (Katie), Colton Phillips, Cameron Phillips and Calais Pierce (Tyler); Manuel Phillips (Tommy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
