We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2023, at the age of 64, Cindy Lee Bivins of Lockesburg, Arkansas, born in Washington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, John William and Dorothy Eileen Harter Miller. She is survived by : her daughters, Amanda (James Combs) and Tiffany (Andy Brown); her grandchildren, Karlee, Ariel, Rachel, Daniel, Josh and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Murphy, Bodhi, Koda and Gracelynn; and her siblings, Tracy Morris (Robin) of Wickes, Sherry Evans of Arizona and Terry Miller (Lisa) of Lone Grove, Oklahoma. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and a host of friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America, 505 Eighth Avenue, Suite 902, New York, NY 10018, in honor of Ms. Cindy Bivins.
