Though Billy may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hickey and Jewell Wilhelm Hickey; his former wife Jane Hickey; his brother Granville (Dean); his wife Bernice; and his sister Ellen Marie.
He is survived by: his sons, Brennen Hickey (Maranda) of Lamar and Todd Curtis (Patty) of Sutherlin; and his grandchildren, Nathaniel, Emma, Daniel and Alyssa.
