She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Mackey and Vercie Gray Mackey; her husband James Clarence Perry; and her brothers, Roger (Karen Hall), David (Gail McMillian) and Arbor Oaks.
She is survived by: her children, James L. Perry (Jamice) of Magnet Cove and Kay Moore of Lono; her grandchildren, Kevin Orr (Lisa), Kyle Orr (Julie), Justin Perry (Kayla) and Jamie Schaller (Brandon); and her great grandchildren, Able, Eliza, Chad, Ashley and Kylie. She is also survived by four great-great grandchildren.
