He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alyssa, Marisa, McKenzie, Maci, Mia, Layla, Harper, Kasen, Eli, Owen and Watson; his children, Billy Manning Jr. (April) of Lonoke, Ricky Manning (Sarah) of Ward and Jenny Manning-Stroud (Michael); his sisters, Betty Manning VanHouten, Linda Manning Hunt and Carolyn Manning Williams; and his close friend Patty Thompson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
