He was predeceased by: his mother Rita Coffman; and his brother Billy Coffman. He is survived by: his father Roger Coffman Sr. (Mary Coffman); his siblings, Roger Coffman Jr. (Brandy), Shawn Taylor (David) and Susan Beatty (Darryl); his children, Chance Coffman Jr., Jordan Coffman, Haley Michelle, Tyler Wise and Rylee Wise (Cory); and his grandsons, Jordan Coffman Jr. and Cory Linz Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Chancery's memory to Caney Creek Baptist Church.
