He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Blacklock Underwood; his children, Lisa Davis (Greg), Donna Lesher (Tim DarDar) and Reda Underwood (Randy Swantner); his grandchildren, Chris Lesher, Jamie Martin, Michael Lesher, Allison Weaver, Ashley Lesher-Meeks and Maya Henderson; his great grandchildren, Emma, Lilly, Adelaide, Trey, Noah, Preston of Madison, T. J., J. T. and Braxton; and his sister Frances England.
