Crook; her daughter Deborah Ann Spive; her grandchildren, Storm Swangstu and Jared Wood; her stepdaughters, Kristi and Britani Crook; her stepgrandchildren, Katelyn Tarkington, Lenzie Tarkington, Jaydon Crook, Briana Amos and Lee Amos; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Lei'Lani and Raven.
