He is survived by: his significant other Cyndi Johnson-Thomas; his children, Daisy Stephens (Anthony) of Lonoke, AR, Harvey Wilson (Kara) of Russellville, AR and Heather Bailey (Brian) of Nashville, AR; his grandchildren, Bryanna Jones, Jason Harrison, McKynzie Jones, Lonnie Jones, Haley Stephens, Hannah Stephens, Brittany Stephens, Melody Bailey, Lilly Bailey and Kelcie Bailey; his great grandchildren, Hazel, Hadley, Daisy, Maizie, Tiffannie and Cali; and his siblings, Sally Blackwell of Houston, TX and Ray Thomas (Karen) of Stamps, AR.
