He is survived by: his mother Jean Buchanan-Shavers; his brother David West of Lonoke; his daughter Jerrica Davis of Des Moines; his aunts, Barbara Woodson (Howard) of Kansas City, Marilyn Johnson (Joel) of Little Rock, Phyllis Buchanan of Lenexa, Odessa Davis-McKinley, Rose Davis and Evelyn Davis of Jacksonville; and his uncle Sanford Buchanan Sr. of Kansas City. He is also survived by cousins, other relatives, and friends.
