He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Jean Nye Slack; his son Arthur Slack (Amy) of Cabot; and his siblings, Linda Kulick of Gig Harbor and David Slack of Prattsburgh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (700 N 2nd St, Cabot, AR 72023). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (700 N 2nd St, Cabot, AR 72023). A burial was held on Friday, August 28th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the Mount Carmel Cemetery.
